These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and he77 (hereinafter "he77", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the he77 platform, including its website accessible at he77.cam, all related applications, features, content and services (collectively, the "Platform").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested by he77 for compliance or verification purposes.

4.1 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted one registered Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, he77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those Accounts and forfeit any Bonus Funds credited to them.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify he77 support immediately. he77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during and following registration is truthful, accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including name, date of birth or address — is a ground for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds. Changes to registered details must be communicated to he77 support promptly and may require documentary verification.

he77 is obligated to verify the identity of its users as a condition of responsible platform operations and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Accordingly, prior to processing any withdrawal, he77 may require you to complete a satisfactory KYC verification process.

KYC documentation may include, without limitation, one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Currency

Account balances and transactions are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). 7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the Promotion terms before they may be withdrawn.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds through the required rollover become eligible for withdrawal.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

8.2 Errors and Technical Faults

8.3 Maximum Winnings

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating, operating or using multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools or any mechanical system to generate bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other format where multi-player interaction is involved.
• Abusing promotions through systematic bonus hunting, arbitrage, scalping or any other technique designed to extract guaranteed value from Bonus Funds in violation of the Promotion's intent.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, he77 may take immediate action including suspension or closure of the Account, voiding of affected bets, withholding or forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and referral to relevant authorities. he77 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory investigations where required.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the he77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, data compilations, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of he77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the Platform's source code; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from he77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, he77 and its affiliates, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or emotional distress, even if he77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

he77's total aggregate liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

he77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing Users with the tools necessary to manage their gambling activity safely. he77 recognises that gambling can become harmful if not approached with appropriate awareness and control.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a review period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when you have played for a preset duration, with optional automatic session termination.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. he77 may, after providing written notice to the registered email address, apply an inactivity fee or transfer the balance to a separate holding account. Terms governing dormant accounts are available upon request from support.

he77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, he77 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or the registered email address associated with your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent review is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. he77 does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law or to be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of its operation as an online gaming platform.
